Return Policy:
• In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:
• Must notify within 3 Days.
• Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
• Any exception will result in no return.
• In case of a Misplaced Order:
• Check the product and match it with the invoice.

• Must inform us immediately after learning the defect.
• Any delay beyond 7 days will result in no return or replacement.
***Note: 1. Quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. Ohisgallery.com has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality. 2. Ohisgallery.com will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customer must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claim.

• While claiming warranty, the customer has to pay the pickup charge (Inside Dhaka 80 taka, Outside Dhaka 120 taka) and the delivery charge after warranty processing (Inside Dhaka 80 taka, Outside Dhaka 120 taka).
***Customers must provide the box and all the accessories given with the product while claiming warranty. Warranty will not be provided if anything is missing

• Please Note: If any physical damage found, the warranty will not be valid.
Refund Policy:
• Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.
• You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping:
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
